Just One More Foundation: Cowboys, Cowgirls, and Second Chances

The Cowboys, Cowgirls, and Second Chances event is a dynamic fundraiser and community gathering designed to support second-chance opportunities and empowerment initiatives. Impactful Events Co. meticulously managed end-to-end planning and execution, including program and event design, auction management, sponsorship coordination, marketing collateral creation, volunteer recruitment, and day-of event logistics. The event successfully combined western-themed entertainment with meaningful fundraising efforts, drawing diverse attendees committed to driving positive social change.

Our role emphasized seamless client communications, strategic outreach to partners, sponsor engagement, volunteer coordination, and impactful branding to ensure a memorable experience that advances the event’s mission. Through this comprehensive approach, the event not only raised critical funds but also strengthened community connections and inspired continued advocacy for second chances.

Chattanooga Football Club Camps

Partners with Chattanooga Football Club to host dynamic youth soccer camps designed to inspire and develop players of all skill levels. CFC Summer Camp offers a comprehensive full-day or half-day experience filled with focused skill development, tactical training, and fun. Campers, ages 6 to 17, are grouped by level to ensure personalized coaching and growth, with sessions that promote teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship in an engaging, supportive environment.
  • Broke camper registration record with over 100 campers in Summer 2025
In addition, our Fall Break Camp provides an opportunity for players to continue sharpening their soccer techniques during the school break. Whether new to the game or seeking to enhance existing skills, campers enjoy expert-led drills and game play in state-of-the-art facilities, fostering confidence and a lifelong love for soccer.

Both camps emphasize holistic player development — combining technical and tactical training with values-based coaching to support growth on and off the field. Through these camps, Impactful Events Co. and CFC remain committed to building strong, inclusive communities in the Chattanooga area via the power of soccer.

Chattanooga Entrepreneur Week

​Chattanooga Entrepreneur Week is an annual event organized by the Chattanooga Business Resource Collective and presented by Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union that celebrates and supports the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Role encompassed overseeing the volunteer committee, managing event decor, coordinating food and beverage services, handling logistics, maintaining the website, managing speaker communications, and ensuring smooth on-site execution. Additionally, contributed strategically to budget management, marketing, speaker recruitment, venue management, and partner event coordination, helping to deliver a seamless and impactful experience for all participants.
Measurable outcomes:
● Three-day conference with over 400 registrants and nearly 50 speakers, offering a robust lineup of presenters, panel discussions, and workshops to support and inspire local entrepreneurs
● Free daily co-working spaces provided at three different locations: Society of Work, Common House, and The Chattanooga Choo Choo Dome sponsored by The Enterprise Center
● Achieved 41% representation of underrepresented and minority-owned small businesses among speakers and panelists, surpassing the industry benchmark of 30% for diverse speaker participation
● Directly supported 10+ local businesses by sourcing food and beverage, merchandise, and event supplies locally, resulting in increased community economic impact, reduced supply chain costs, and strengthened vendor relationships

Chattanooga Football Club Chattanooga Cup

​The Chattanooga Cup Soccer Tournament is a premier, annual multi-day event, attracting top-tier youth soccer teams from across the Southeast. The event’s scale and operational excellence showcase proven capacity to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences for participants and stakeholders. As Tournament Director, oversaw all aspects of the event, including budget management, site selection and preparation, staffing, and comprehensive logistics. Ensured strict adherence to deadlines, efficient registration and payment processes, and a meticulously coordinated event schedule, resulting in a smooth and memorable experience for all teams and attendees. Measurable Achievements:
● 80+ teams from 5 states participated in the most recent tournament, demonstrating strong regional reach and engagement
● 1,500+ athletes competed over a three-day period, with matches scheduled across multiple divisions and age groups
● 5,000+ total attendees, including players, coaches, staff, vendors, and spectators, contributing to a vibrant event atmosphere
● Achieved a 900% increase in revenue, growing from an original projection of $2,000 to an actual total of $20,000

Chattanooga Football Club RiverFest

​The RiverFest Soccer Tournament, hosted by the Chattanooga Football Club Academy, was a dynamic event focused on promoting youth sportsmanship, teamwork, and competitive excellence. Bringing together ~175 soccer teams from across the region, this tournament provided a platform for young athletes to showcase their skills, build camaraderie, and foster a love for the game. It also served as a community-wide celebration of soccer, encouraging local engagement and supporting the development of youth soccer talent in Chattanooga.

The CelebrateHER Fashion Show, organized by Dress for Success Chattanooga, was a powerful event aimed at empowering and uplifting women in the community. This signature event showcased fashion while highlighting the achievements of local women, fostering an atmosphere of support and inspiration. The show served as a platform for promoting confidence, celebrating success stories, and raising awareness for Dress for Success Chattanooga's mission to provide women with the tools they need to achieve economic independence.​

Eat.Learn.Play Foundation Kids Fun Run

​Eat. Learn. Play. Kids Fun Run, presented by Kaiser Permanente, brought together over 1000 children ranging from toddlers to tweens for a day of active fun.  Every child who participated in the run received a medal, shirt, water bottle, and cinch bag, ensuring a memorable experience for all. Additionally, during the Oakland Marathon, Eat.Learn.Play hosted a VIP experience for major donors.

Creative Discovery Museum AmuseUm

​CDM AmuseUm 2023 was an annual fundraiser held at the Creative Discovery Museum. The theme was 'Full STEAM Ahead,' emphasizing science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. It involved extensive planning over nine months with three committees contributing to its success. The event surpassed its fundraising goal, raising over $138,000, and hosted more than 400 guests with the support of 51 sponsors. Attendees provided highly positive feedback, noting innovative approaches that challenged traditional event norms.
